Delivery & Payment

Delivery

Orders are dispatched between 1 - 2 days of receiving full payment - if paying by cheque, we will wait for your cheque to clear before dispatching your item. All items are gift boxed and carefully packaged in protective materials. If an item is marked 'Out of Stock' it will generally take between 3 and 7 days for the item to be made and then it will be dispatched, please enquire before purchase for an estimated delivery time. We send all items using Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service.

Delivery Charge

United Kingdom - Delivery is charged at an extra �2.50 per item.

Europe - �5.00

Rest of the World - �8.00

If purchasing from outside of Europe, your purchase may be subject to import charges. We advise you to look into your countries Custom and Excises Laws before purchase.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through PayPal's secure server using your Debit/Credit card. There is no need for you to have an account with PayPal for your payment to be processed. We also accept cheque payments - details are given when this option is chosen.

All payments are to be made in GBP.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before returning for a full refund. This applies to items that have been UNWORN only or faulty items. If your item is damaged/lost 'in transit' we will follow up the claim with Royal Mail and supply a replacement. ( If the item is damaged Libertine Rocks will need to be provided with the piece to enable us to make the claim.)
